Katie
Malyon has been a registered migration agent for over 10 years and
is recognised as one of the leading immigration law practitioners
in Australia.

Alex Kaufman, BA (Asian Studies) LLB

Alex Kaufman is a qualified Solicitor and Registered Migration Agent (MARN 0601370) with 4 years experience in business related and skilled migration and the provision of associated legal services.
Alex completed a Bachelor of Arts (Asian Studies) in 1997 and spent a number of years teaching Business English in Guangzhou before returning to Australia, working in film production, marketing and completing a Bachelor of Laws in 2004.
Alex is the newest Senior Associate to join Katie Malyon & Associates and he enjoys applying his skills and experience in business and immigration law to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
Alex is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. |

Sally Mohebbaty, LL.B., LIR

Sally
Mohebbaty has extensive experience in immigration law and specialises
in business and employment related visas for temporary and permanent
residence in Australia.
Holding degrees in both Law and International Relations from Bond
University, she has also completed the Graduate Certificate in Australian
Migration Law and Practice where she received the Academic Excellence
Award.
With over 3 years experience working in the Department of Immigration
and Citizenship (DIAC) at both Brisbane and Gold Coast offices,
Sally has an excellent understanding of internal policies and procedures
and can provide timely solutions to immigration problems.
Sally brings to her client's matters an enormous depth of understanding
of DIAC's decision-making. |
